That isn't something that you can do with Javascript. You would need to use PHP or some other server-side programming language. The products themselves, and all their various attributes, would be stored in a database, and PHP would be used to process the form and return the correct results.

I doubt anyone is going to offer to do this for free -- it is potentially time consuming and complicated.
