Any CMS will give you ready to use feeds which you can embed on any page and using style you prefer.

I want to build rss news content into a web page. I have looked at newsgator but decided against this because I want to be able to customize the content and presentation. I found this article attached below that looks like a reasonable approach, but I wanted to get some thought on the best way to do this before I dive into it. I am using Dreamweaver CS4.
