			<title><![CDATA[Best way to build RSS news into a web site with Dreamweaver CS4?]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am rather new to web design. I want to build rss news content into a web page. I have looked at newsgator but decided against this because I want to be able to customize the content and presentation. I found this article attached below that looks like a reasonable approach, but I wanted to get some thought on the best way to do this before I dive into it.
