Dreamweaver Starting a homepage.

Hallo Web designers,
Am just started with complete web designers dvd.
I would like to design a homepage( attached is the screen-shot).
Can any one help me with how i can start with the div, in other words using the div to
make the tables in the saidAttached Image: haseprintdesign.jpg attachment.?
