Presenting a video using Dreamweaver MX

Does anyone know if Dreamweaver MX is video capable, i.e. showing a YouTube type video?
If yes, how would one make it work?

You can google the code for implementing videos into webpages...there are many examples...like this one:

Or buy the Dreamweaver MX extension for $15 bucks:
