For those of you that have upgraded to Expression Web but still like some of the bots used in FrontPage, you can by just installing this small macro script to Expression Web.

FrontPage Bot Macro For Expression Web

I only use the Includes but all the bots works perfectly.

That's great because I've been reluctant to upgrade to Expression Web. I'm making most of my sites in Joomla now but was looking at upgrading to Expression as have a number of sites in FrontPage.

My question is for those of you using it, is it really worth it?

I've found with the various upgrades in FP the loss of familiarity of features I got used to using very frustrating. Maybe I'm just an old dog reluctant to use new tricks. But do you think it's worth it?

Yes. If you hand code things, Frontpage probably isn't terrible, but it is known to create a lot of unnecessary, junk code if you use the WYSIWYG view.

caisses enregistreuses

A key thing to realize is that Expression Web is "friendly" to websites that use these components. It won't break them, and in fact, you can still access their properties. If you double-click on a hit counter in Expression Web, the Hit Counter dialog box will still appear and allow you to modify the properties of the hit counter. The major difference is that there isn't an easy way in Expression Web to insert a new hit counter.
