Before three months ago I was a complete novice on how to create websites, now I have mastered the fundamentals (CMS, skills need for certain things, running websites, etc), and they're all burned in my head, and I would be more than happy to share this knowledge with you and lighten up the pain and confusion.

Firebug is the CSS coders best friend, and it helps you develop an instinct for where to look when things break.
W3C schools site is still my first port of call if I forget a certain snippet.
I don't really think CSS can be truly separated from HTML though as the HTML makes a massive difference to how you can approach the CSS.

HTML means high-per text markup language. It is more easy to learn and install. It is web developing toll.
It is Hyper, not High-per and it is not anything you install at all, it is a language.
