New Beginners Javascript Video Tutorials
Hi,
I just wanted to make a quick announcement: I’ve released about 40 minutes of new video tutorials on beginners Javascript. Check out my new micro-site:
This is a ’sneak peak’ of a new video tutorial course that targets total beginners to Javascript and programming in general. If you want to learn Javascript, I think these videos will be helpful.
Let me know what you think.

Just reviewed some of your sample videos. Great presentation. I’ve found HTML, ASP and PHP all resonably straightforward by Javascript has always been a little more tricky. Think you videos are just what I’ve been looking for.

Yes, Javascript is wonky and can be hard to learn.
I’ve known experienced computer engineers who couldn’t stand Javascript because it seemed inconsistent.
At the end of the day, the problem lies in the fact that the API was fragmented in the past. I will get into these things in the meat of the course.

What GeoCities didn’t learn is you have to keep up with the times. As technology improved, GeoCities had nothing new to offer the members. Twitter allows many names and a quick easy way to social and fianancially network. Facebook with the proper use of faces and the ability to upload photos of your life or anything else of interest stole the market. Then of course we now have great places to even put out videos.
It seems people of shorter and shorter attention spans. Newspapers are nearly obsolete and so will any website that doesn’t keep up with the fast paced world.
