That was helpful info, thanks.

I’m actually looking to keep my info protected and so do not want to use YouTube.

Do you have a step-by-step video tutorial showing how to actually take a video (mine is in avi. and wmv. I believe) and get it up and running on a site?

Also, it’s a language teaching course that I’m filming, and so I really can’t afford to lose much (if any) quality. Any help would be great!

Alsways wondered how to embed video, I know how to embed swf in my web design usually I use the google recomended code. But this has l opened my eyes to other formats, thanks for the help.

… I should point out that I use Youtube their as well. Our own server may tank once and a while when some jerk comes by with a video sucker and starts sucking down all the vids at once.

Using YouTube for this video was a lot better than the recent video that you put out which I think was on your own servers. That video had a hard time keeping up with the motion.
