Being clever nerds that you surely are, I’m sure you’ve guessed that the video has something to do with the web design business.
… You guessed correctly.
This first video provides an introduction to a course that will guide you in starting and growing a home based web design business. That means the course is targeting web designers who have little to no business experience at all.
Some of the topics the course will cover:
- How to start a business.
- How to create web design contracts.
- How to charge clients.
- How to get your first clients.
- How to streamline the web design process to make it much more profitable.
… This is just a small taste, but I think you got the picture.

That sounds very interesting.
There are so many people who think you can get rich quick by becoming a website designer, or website owner - I hope you will address this in your course and show people that it still takes time and effort to make it on the WWW.

It can take time (to make it big,) but it can also be profitable in a very short time.
I will cover (in the videos) how to start off on the right foot so that you can start making money quickly.
After all, why go into business if you don’t make a profit … while have fun doing it!

I’m just trying to get started in web design after 21 years at IBM/AT&T in the networking world. I want to take a really good basics class - I mean one that starts at the beginning since I have NO experience. I’ve read a few books, but I think an online class would help me tremendously. I’ve looked at your stuff, and I think it would be great for me in about a year, but I’m no where near ready to start a business. I need to get some training under my belt. Do you know of a good onine class I could take? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
